Principal OCM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal OCM and Adoption Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver OCM and adoption services for US customers, enhancing PLM, CAD, and ALM adoption
• Develop and refine multi-domain adoption best practices for consistent customer engagement
• Mentor cross-functional teams and manage adoption reporting metrics for PLM, CAD, and ALM solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience implementing global systems for large organizations, particularly in PLM, CAD, and ALM
• Extensive experience applying OCM methodologies for adoption and value realization
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, focusing on coaching cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to engage senior leaders and influence strategic decisions
• Certifications in Prosci preferred; practical fluency in Agile/SAFe environments is a plus
