Principal of Strategic Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing operations team, the full-time Principal of Strategic Operations will design and enhance the company's operating systems, ensuring effective planning and execution of high-priority initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and improve the leadership operating system, including planning cadences and decision-making frameworks
• Own the mechanics of quarterly and annual planning to ensure alignment across the company
• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives by enhancing coordination and accountability

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, or similar roles
• Proven experience in designing or scaling operating systems in high-growth environments
• Experience collaborating with founders and senior leaders on company-wide initiatives
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to utilize AI effectively in operational processes
