Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of offline marketing channels, the full-time Principal Offline Acquisition Marketing Strategist will manage performance, budget, and tools for channels such as Radio, Podcasts, or Direct Mail while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive marketing performance by managing strategy and execution in alignment with budget and goals
- Track performance metrics and implement adjustments to improve target KPIs on a regular basis
- Present insights and strategies to senior leadership, ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational scaling
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct response marketing experience, with 3+ years managing offline performance marketing campaigns
- Proven success in a high-growth direct response B2C startup, preferably in fintech or insuretech
- Expertise in at least two channels such as Radio, Podcasts, or Direct Mail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to influence and align with senior leaders
