Principal Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Leading Flex initiatives, the full-time Principal Operations Analyst will drive the design and operationalization of strategic programs across the GTM organization while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of Flex initiatives, aligning stakeholders and outcomes across teams
• Operationalize strategic programs by translating business objectives into scalable processes and execution plans
• Manage programs from design through launch, ensuring activities are completed on schedule and rollouts are seamless

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• 7+ years of progressive experience in operations, business analytics, or a related field within a technology or high growth environment
• Proven project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of creating structure in ambiguous situations
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and using insights to guide decisions
