Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Ops Coordinator to support dealer operations from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end billing and Dealer Navigator support through call/chat interactions
  • Establish relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with departmental standards
  • Investigate issues, respond to customers, and participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite products
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the Financial Industry
