Principal Operations Program Manager

Job Summary

Partnering closely with SOC leadership, the full-time remote Principal Operations Program Manager will enhance operational efficiency within the Security Operations Center by translating analyst workflows into structured improvements and building a robust reporting infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of analyst workflows and operational bottlenecks to create a prioritized improvement agenda
• Identify and deliver process and tooling improvements across SOC functions while maintaining a structured backlog
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to provide meaningful SOC performance insights for operational decisions

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in an operations, business operations, or process improvement role, preferably within a SOC or security environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and translate findings into structured requirements
• Experience with operational reporting and dashboards, using data to convey coherent narratives
• Familiarity with SOC operations, including ticketing systems and escalation workflows
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with engineering or product teams to implement operational improvements
