Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time remote Principal Oracle Data Engineer will design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL code and UNIX scripts, manage ETL processes, and optimize database performance while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL code and UNIX scripts for reporting and data needs
  • Implement ETL changes and optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot data and workflow issues within the data warehouse and transactional databases
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of programming experience using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • 5 years of experience with scripting and automation tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Database and Oracle Data Warehouse
  • 2-3 years of experience in Data Warehousing
