Principal Oracle HCM Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize the value of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform through system configuration, automation, and reporting
- Partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement HCM solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and mentorship within the HRIS team, establishing best practices and ensuring governance across HR systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR technology experience
- 7+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM system administrations and/or other Cloud applications
- Preferred experience in developing documentation related to projects and SQL knowledge
