Principal Oracle HCM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer to provide technical development services throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development services including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and implementation support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative end-to-end experiences and provide expert guidance on applications and projects
• Mentor team members and assist in the support of applications and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Information Services
• 10 or more years of experience as a systems analyst developer
• 2 or more years of experience with finance, human resources, or payroll modules of large ERP systems
• 4 or more years of experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
• Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming and cloud technologies
