Principal Organic & AI Search

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of organic search channels, the fully remote Principal Organic & AI Search will focus on SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), driving brand visibility and revenue growth for a B2B SaaS product.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage the omni-channel search strategy, translating it into a quarterly execution plan
• Optimize AEO and GEO to enhance brand visibility in AI outputs and traditional search results
• Oversee technical SEO efforts, including site architecture and content production, to drive organic growth

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS organic growth
• Deep technical SEO skills, including diagnosing crawl issues and implementing schema changes
• Strong content production skills with published work that has achieved measurable results
• Experience improving AI search metrics and visibility in AI tools
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4
