Job Summary
As a key member of the Organization Design and Restructuring Team, the full-time Principal - Organization Design will independently manage complex organizational development and restructuring projects, advising C-level clients and developing tailored operating models both onsite and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and implement challenging projects in organization and restructuring, from analysis to stabilization
- Design operating models and governance structures tailored to the needs of national and global clients
- Develop and execute restructuring measures focused on efficiency and sustainable impact while fostering client relationships and business development
Required qualifications
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in organization and restructuring, with a proven track record in complex transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of operating model design, governance, and restructuring program implementation
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and a solid understanding of business and cost logic
- Excellent command of German and very good English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Proven leadership skills, with a focus on team motivation, coaching, and development
