Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Partner Manager, Arc Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key Arc DeFi partners and ensure their successful integration and growth
• Coordinate launch execution across various internal teams and ensure partners have the necessary resources
• Contribute to ecosystem reporting and represent the company at events and partner meetings

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, or strategic account management
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure environments
• Demonstrated ability to launch and grow financial or crypto products with external partners
• Strong ability to build credibility with stakeholders at partner organizations
• Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development
