Principal Partner Solution Consultant

Job Summary

As a key functional expert in Workday's Human Capital Management suite, the full-time remote Principal Partner Solution Consultant will enable partner HCM teams by developing expertise in Workday's capabilities, supporting HR transformation conversations, and articulating competitive positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in Workday HCM and agentic workforce capabilities to enable partner solution consultants
• Support partners in understanding agentic AI opportunities within HCM and articulate its value in HR transformation
• Equip partner teams with competitive positioning and outcome-focused narratives to enhance client engagements

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of HCM domain expertise in areas such as Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll
• 5+ years in a presales, solution consulting, advisory, or implementation role for enterprise HCM software
• Experience working with Global System Integrators or large strategic technology partners
• Strong knowledge of Workday's HCM suite or equivalent enterprise HCM platform
• Proven ability to engage with HCM stakeholders as a functional peer and trusted partner
