Principal Partner Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Leading technical engagements across the partner ecosystem, the full-time Principal Partner Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical counterpart, managing solution demonstrations, onboarding, and complex technical escalations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements, including solution demonstrations and architecture workshops, for strategic partnerships
• Design and implement the technical operating framework for the Partnerships organization, including playbooks and enablement programs
• Establish and manage a partner technical feedback process to translate partner insights into actionable product improvements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Proven success in leading executive-level technical engagements and production deployments
• Experience building or scaling a Partner Solutions Engineering organization, including managing direct reports
• Demonstrated ability to establish structured partner feedback programs that drive product improvements
• Strong understanding of AI technology, enterprise SaaS, and cloud platforms
