Principal Partner Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Leading technical engagements within the partner ecosystem, the full-time Principal Partner Solutions Engineer will own the technical lifecycle of strategic partnerships, develop scalable partner enablement programs, and build the technical operating model for the Partnerships organization in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements, including solution demonstrations and joint customer meetings, while acting as a trusted technical advisor
• Design and implement the technical operating framework for the Partnerships organization, including playbooks and technical readiness programs
• Establish and manage the partner technical feedback process to drive improvements in product and engineering

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Proven success in leading executive-level technical engagements and production deployments
• Experience building or scaling a Partner Solutions Engineering organization
• Demonstrated ability to establish structured partner feedback programs
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms
