Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Partner Success Manager (CPM/EPM Software).

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, ensuring they receive necessary resources and support
Monitor and support partner-led implementations to ensure project delivery and partner success
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance partner efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, or account management
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or functional account management for CPM/EPM software implementations
Partner success experience at a CPM/EPM vendor is preferred
Experience with SQL, C#, VB.net, or Visual Basic is a plus
