Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Partner Success Manager (CPM/EPM Software).

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for implementation partners, providing necessary resources and support
Monitor partner-led implementations to ensure project delivery and success
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance partner efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, or account management
Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or functional account management for CPM/EPM software implementations
Experience with SQL, C#, VB.net, or Visual Basic is preferred
Prior experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms and EPM/CPM products is a plus
