Principal Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Partner Success Manager (CPM/EPM Software) in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for implementation partners and ensure they have the necessary resources and support
• Monitor partner-led implementations to ensure adherence to project delivery and partner success
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance partner efficiency and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, or account management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or functional account management for CPM/EPM software implementations
• Partner success experience at a CPM/EPM vendor is preferred
• Deep experience with SQL, C#, VB.net, or Visual Basic is a plus
