Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal People Business Partner - Go-To-Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People partner to GTM leadership across various functions, building trusted relationships
• Shape people strategy aligned with GTM business goals and lead organizational design initiatives
• Utilize people data to drive talent strategy and proactively address employee relations matters

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People/HR experience with expertise in business partnership and organizational design
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder people programs effectively
• Strong executive presence and the ability to advise senior leaders with intellectual humility
• Hands-on approach to both strategic planning and execution of detailed tasks
• Track record of success in high-growth tech startups, particularly supporting commercial or GTM organizations
