Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Principal People Partner will drive people and organizational strategies while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, focusing on talent management, change management, and enhancing team member experience in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead senior management in translating business strategy into a talent strategy that reinforces company culture
- Guide organizational change initiatives and develop comprehensive change management plans
- Advise on team member relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience or related business industry experience
- 8+ years in an HR Business Partner/People Partner role with executive collaboration
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Suite)
- Prior experience in insurance underwriting, claims, or operations preferred
