Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Analytics, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in organizational psychology, people analytics, or related fields
• Experience in a consulting or advisory role, preferably within a SaaS or HR Tech company
• Familiarity with employee survey platforms and statistical techniques
• Expertise in employee engagement and organizational behavior
