Job Summary
To support a diverse client portfolio, the full-time Principal Pharmacokinetics Scientist will lead the design, execution, and analysis of clinical pharmacology studies remotely, while providing expertise in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead study concept development and protocol design, authoring clinical pharmacology development plans and modeling/simulation plans
- Conduct PK-PD and Pop PK-PD analyses to support clinical trials, ensuring accurate data interpretation for regulatory filings and publications
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and prepare comprehensive PK/PD analysis reports
Required Qualifications:
- PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or PharmD with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Master's degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience in Clinical Pharmacology and Modeling & Simulation is also acceptable
- Robust knowledge of pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and PK/PD data analysis
- Hands-on experience with PK and PD data analysis software such as Phoenix WinNonlin, NLME, R/R Studio, Monolix, and NONMEM
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, client-oriented environment
