Principal PL/SQL Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal PL/SQL Developer with DBA skills (US Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases and applications
- Engage in customer issue resolution by implementing software fixes
- Provide direction and mentoring to team members while contributing to standard practices and procedures
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
- 10+ years of experience in software development or related fields
- Hands-on understanding of Oracle Database and PL/SQL application development
- Experience in software system design, particularly client-server architecture
- Exposure to Unix/Linux internals and scripting languages (Perl, Python, Shell) is desirable
