Principal Platform Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Platform Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define and execute a multi-year platform architecture roadmap
• Design and document a scalable, modular, cloud-native architecture enabling shared services and cross-product interoperability
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, establishing architecture principles and governing standards across APIs and security

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a Senior or Lead Architect role within a SaaS environment
• Proven success in designing enterprise-scale, cloud-native architectures using .NET and Java ecosystems
• Strong experience with Angular frameworks and RESTful or GraphQL API design
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
