Principal Platform Consultant

Job Summary

To shape the future of AI across the enterprise, the fully remote Principal Platform Consultant will define AI platform strategy, design enterprise-grade AI systems, and drive responsible AI adoption while influencing enterprise-scale initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define the design and strategy for AI platforms and generative AI, establishing scalable patterns for model access and AI-enabled workflows
• Create reference architectures for AI applications, ensuring systems are observable, resilient, and cost-efficient
• Implement standards for governance and security in AI usage, establishing guardrails for model management and ensuring strong identity controls

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or architecture
• Deep experience with AI/ML platforms, generative AI, and large language models
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture and distributed systems
• Experience designing agent-based systems and orchestration frameworks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
