Principal PLM Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Principal PLM Systems Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for managing complex Bills of Materials (BOMs), executing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and leading the design of a centralized database for L11 hardware integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex BOMs and Engineering Change processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Design and deploy a centralized database to standardize and track technical documentation for L11 hardware
• Ensure alignment between product data and engineering documentation while supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience with PLM systems, configuration management, and engineering change processes
• Deep knowledge of PLM tools such as Windchill, Agile, or SAP
• Strong understanding of Excel and experience with automation and BOM management
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
