Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for utility tariffs and energy service agreements across US markets
• Mentor deal leads and establish deal standards for efficient execution
• Build and maintain relationships with utility executives and regulatory stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in power procurement or energy commercial roles
• Proven track record of closing complex energy transactions, including PPAs and custom tariffs
• Deep expertise in utility tariff design and wholesale power markets
• Experience negotiating with utilities and large-load customers across multiple ISOs/RTOs
• Strong commercial judgment in fast-paced deal environments
