Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise-wide pricing philosophy and frameworks
• Architect advanced pricing optimization models and oversee pricing governance
• Lead a team of pricing analysts and influence executive-level strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in pricing, credit risk, or financial strategy within consumer lending or fintech
• Experience designing enterprise pricing frameworks and leading optimization initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques
• Extensive knowledge of consumer finance regulations and pricing governance requirements
