Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design, standardization, and implementation of process engineering strategies for the Salty Snacks division
• Manage multiple complex engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate project activities effectively to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering; a master's degree is preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in snacking process engineering
• Experience in process designs focused on food safety
• Familiarity with various operations including dough mixing, extrusion, and frying technologies
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage project resources effectively
