• Provide technical direction in process engineering development, design, and scale-up

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience as a process engineering subject matter expert in Salty Snacks
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; Master's preferred
• Expertise with various process equipment and systems relevant to snack production
• Experience in project management and leading diverse teams
• Ability to develop and implement process engineering solutions effectively
