Principal Procurement Manager

Job Summary

As a key member of the team, the full-time remote Principal Procurement Manager will optimize SaaS procurement for strategic accounts, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate vendor contracts to maximize value for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for service delivery to a portfolio of enterprise accounts, leveraging broader delivery capabilities
• Negotiate SaaS deals on behalf of strategic customers, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Implement enterprise sourcing strategies while mentoring junior team members to drive outcomes and enhance team culture

Required qualifications

• Substantial experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or procurement consulting
• In-depth negotiation expertise with enterprise SaaS vendors and a proven track record of delivering commercial change
• Strong strategic insight into customer challenges and the ability to translate this into actionable solutions
• Category experience in technology, particularly IT/SaaS, is highly preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations
