Principal Product Advisor

Job Summary

As a Principal Product Advisor focused on Spend Management, this full-time remote position will architect AI-driven Workday Financials deployments, define workflows, and enhance customer satisfaction while leading cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders across Product, Services, and Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end deployment approach and content for Spend Management, ensuring high-quality implementation
• Partner with engineering to develop AI-driven tools that reduce deployment effort and improve quality
• Continuously assess and optimize deployment tools and pre-configured content based on delivery learnings and customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment or financial systems consulting, specifically with Workday Financials
• Proven track record of leading complex, global workstreams with strong proficiency in Workday Financials
• Experience using AI tools to enhance implementation workflows and documentation
• Deep knowledge of planning, configuring, and optimizing enterprise financial software deployments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and ensure alignment on deployment strategies
