Principal Product Advisor

Job Summary

Leading the deployment of AI-driven Workday Financials for GO customers, the full-time remote Principal Product Advisor will define workflows, optimize configurations, and enhance automation tools to improve customer satisfaction and reduce deployment efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Define deployment strategies and workflows for financial management, ensuring high-quality and efficient implementations
• Collaborate with engineering to develop AI-driven tools that streamline deployment processes and enhance reporting capabilities
• Continuously assess and improve deployment tools and pre-configured content based on delivery learnings and customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment or financial systems consulting, particularly within Workday Financials
• Proven track record of leading complex, global workstreams with a strong understanding of the Workday Financials product
• Experience using AI tools to enhance implementation workflows and documentation
• Deep experience in planning and optimizing enterprise financial software deployments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across Product, Services, and Sales teams
