Job Summary

As a Principal Product Advisor, Financials, the full-time remote position will architect AI-driven Workday Financials deployments, define workflows and automation, and enhance customer satisfaction while leading cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and optimize deployment workflows and configurations for Workday Financials across key pillars
• Continuously assess and enhance deployment tools and pre-configured content based on delivery learnings
• Partner with engineering to develop AI-driven solutions that reduce deployment effort and improve quality

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment or financial systems consulting, specifically with Workday Financials
• Proven track record of leading complex global workstreams and hands-on proficiency with Workday Financials
• Experience using AI tools to design or enhance implementation workflows and documentation
• Ability to translate deployment challenges into actionable automated solutions
• Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across various departments
