Principal Product Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Analyst to drive analytics foundations and best practices for data-driven decision-making across product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the measurement framework strategy for informed decision-making
• Lead the organization-wide adoption of standard reporting and analytical tools
• Develop best practices for product data modeling, experimentation, and dashboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 12 years of experience; or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience; or a PhD with 5 years of experience
• Strong understanding of analytics in product development
• Proven ability to lead data/reporting implementations and tool adoption
• Extensive hands-on experience with product analytics tools and strong SQL and statistical modeling skills
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies and behavioral analytics
