Principal Product Design Engineer

Job Summary

Transforming product design through AI-assisted workflows, the full-time remote Principal Product Design Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable systems and tools that enhance product development and user experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize high-leverage opportunities for AI to improve workflows and customer experiences
• Create reusable infrastructure and tooling that enable consistent AI-powered experiences across teams
• Prototype and validate new interaction models and intelligent workflows, translating successful concepts into production-ready capabilities

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, design engineering, or related fields
• Strong frontend engineering skills with modern web technologies and application architecture
• Experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and think in systems
• Strong understanding of interaction design and user experience principles
