Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Principal Product Designer for a remote, full-time position to elevate the quality and usability of enterprise digital products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create best-in-class digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Set and elevate design standards for enterprise digital products, contributing hands-on design leadership
• Translate product strategy and user needs into intuitive, accessible, and high-fidelity design solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and resolve complex design challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in product design, digital design, or UX/UI design
• Extensive experience designing web-based and digital products in agile environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product thinking and visual craft
• Proven ability to mentor and influence designers without direct authority
