Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer, Service Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on design initiatives that impact bigger systems, multiple product teams, and new product opportunities
• Lead empathy sessions and design workshops to get buy-in from stakeholders and educate them on user problems and the design thinking process
• Influence leadership and help them understand the impact and vision of design

Required Qualifications:

• Strong, demonstrable experience delivering successful and intuitive products
• Experience working closely with cross-functional leaders to establish objectives, high-level strategies, and key results for a group of designers
• Comfort with undefined problem spaces and ability to facilitate sound decision-making through strong problem framing skills and ability to influence
• A developed sense for how to balance speed, quality, and consistency of design
• Strong organizer and executor, demonstrated experience in influence and collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups
