Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the product design process for products and features with high complexity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service and develop design artifacts
Set the bar for product experience quality and conduct customer research

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in product design for digital products
2+ years of experience in product design with an early-stage startup
Experience partnering with operations stakeholders and proficiency in UX tools
Passion for helping individuals with complex needs and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Digital health experience, design system implementation, or data regulation experience is a plus
