Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the user experience for internal-facing operational tools, mapping complex workflows and designing scalable interactions
• Independently lead end-to-end design work from discovery to final specs
• Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years at a principal or lead level
• Proven track record in designing complex tools or platforms for internal users
• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated interaction design and research-informed decisions
• Advanced user research capabilities with experience in planning and executing studies
• Expertise with Figma and modern prototyping tools
