Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX direction for new products and solutions across all stages of the software and product development lifecycles
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to develop strategies and priorities for user experience
• Provide guidance to UX teams, manage project delivery, and ensure alignment with UX standards and practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an agile environment delivering user experience
• 1-2 years of experience leading user experience teams in an enterprise SaaS web development environment
• Advanced skills in experience design and system design within complex information architectures
• Proven ability to collaborate on process improvements and influence product and engineering teams
• Experience with complex design problems and major redesigns
