Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences across the payments platform
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand client needs and technical constraints
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, leveraging AI and generative tools

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in B2B or fintech
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and influence product direction
• Deep expertise in UX/CX and interaction design with a strong visual design sensibility
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and design system integration processes
• Experience working independently and navigating ambiguity in cross-functional teams
