Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in designing complex web applications, preferably in SaaS or GIS
• Proven track record of leading strategic design initiatives across multiple teams
• Expertise in Figma and component-based design workflows
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and experience embedding them into design
• Bachelor's degree in human-centered design, HCI, interaction design, or a related field
