Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize member impact and company benefits
• Guide cross-functional teams through the design process to ensure successful implementation of new features
• Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience and communicate design rationale to stakeholders

Qualifications/Skills:

• 8+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in UI/UX design and 2 years in product design
• Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, UI design, color schemes, and layout
• Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and make decisions under uncertainty
• Strong adaptability to changing business needs with an entrepreneurial mindset
