Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead omni-channel experience design for the Loyalty & Credit Squad
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate insights into customer experiences
- Oversee the design and delivery of high-quality product experiences across multiple portfolios
Required Qualifications
- Advanced understanding of Product Design
- Experience with Service Design and/or Experience Design is a plus
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Experience with enterprise projects or complex strategic initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating a human-centered design process
