Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Design professional to lead the development of a new AI-native product.

Key Responsibilities

• Define user experience and prototype interactions directly in code using AI tools
• Own the product roadmap and success metrics, ensuring alignment with technical and scientific leads
• Build and maintain a design system and component library to support rapid engineering development

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of professional experience in product design
• Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products with a strong portfolio
• Ability to prototype directly in code using AI tools
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, capable of producing high-fidelity work
• Experience working in integrated cross-functional teams
