Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and socialize the long-term UX strategy for the AI-driven platform, aligning it with business objectives
• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery for complex product areas, acting as the voice of the customer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous discovery and shape user interactions with AI features

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX or product design at a senior strategic level
• A portfolio demonstrating significant business impact and successful product visions
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered products and user interactions with AI
• Proven experience in user-centered design methodologies within Agile environments
• Understanding of Accessibility standards (WCAG) and their integration into product strategy
