A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead the delivery of user experiences across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape, estimate, propose, and lead product design engagements with a clear vision
• Showcase expertise in UX, UI, and User Research, facilitating workshops and creating UX artifacts
• Deliver innovative solutions that provide unexpected value and compelling case studies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design, specializing in UX, UI, and User Research
• 1+ years of design leadership experience, driving execution of experience vision
• Proficiency with Figma and experience designing features for software applications
• Knowledge of front-end development, visual design/branding, and design systems
• Ability to conduct user research and manage multiple competing priorities
