Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer to elevate the end-to-end product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design across the platform from concept through production
• Define and uphold a high bar for UX/UI quality across all products
• Manage and mentor the current Product Design team while establishing workflows and design processes

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience designing modern SaaS products, preferably B2B
• Proven ability to own product experience end-to-end
• Deep expertise in Figma for systems, prototyping, and production-ready design
• Strong experience in building and scaling design systems
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers
