Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer to define and design customer-facing tools for healthcare revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experiment, prototype, and test concepts to support product-market fit initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into scalable product experiences
• Lead design efforts across the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare environments
• Proven experience designing and shipping products in early-stage or 0-to-1 product environments
• Strong proficiency with Figma or equivalent design tools
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and iterate based on feedback
• Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise applications or data-dense interfaces across desktop and mobile
